Dianne Bornman

Dianne Bornman grew up in Port Elizabeth. After matriculating from Collegiate, she moved to Cape Town to complete her Food Service Management Diploma at the Granger Bay Hotel School. Dianne went to London where she worked for a couple of Contract Catering Companies, whilst travelling Europe. After 5 years, Dianne returned to South Africa. She worked at the FNB/WesBank Head Office for Fedics as Catering Manager and then Admin Manager. During this time Dianne implemented the HACCP system and achieved certification. It was then that she found her passion for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality and has pursued this career path. Dianne has been with TsAfrika as Health & Safety Manager for a little over a year and has implemented and standardised the Good Manufacturing Policies and Health & Safety system. Whilst with TsAfrika, Dianne has furthered her studies and completed a Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment course as well as SHE System Tools and Samtrac through Nosa. In her spare time, Dianne loves spending time with friends and family. She enjoys the outdoors and keeping fit.

Zenia Kohler

Zenia graduated from the Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education after completing her LLB and LLM (Masters in Labour Law) in 2000. She completed her articles with Chris Coetzee Attorneys and was admitted as an Attorney to the Law Society of the Northern Province in 2003. Thereafter she started consulting within a wide array of industries and gained extensive experience in the field of Human Resource & Industrial Relations. She was a Senior Consultant for the Confederation of Employers of Southern Africa (COFESA) for a period of 7 years. During her tenure with COFESA she started consulting for TsAfrika in 2003 and has been developing the HR portfolio within the company.

In 2007 Zenia established and registered her own consultancy business, Think Workplace Solutions (Pty) Ltd. TWPS’s main objective is to provide a full cycle human resource management system whereby non-core activities are outsourced and TWPS becomes the part-time human resource department for a company and supports all aspects of the function on its behalf. It is with the above objectives in mind that she started specialising in the Catering, Food and Beverage industries and currently renders her specialised services to TsAfrika and manages the full HR portfolio on its behalf.

Zenia is known to be an independent professional with proven leadership abilities and her interpersonal skills have enabled her to integrate with clients and colleagues and develop valuable relationships. She is a positive, self-motivated and outcomes driven individual who will always seek to balance the “scales of justice”.

Zenia’s family play an integral role in her life and her hobbies include reading and anything that will get her creative juices flowing.
